## Working agreement

1. Review business priorities, systems, and current challenges.
2. Agree on scope, meeting rhythm, availability, and escalation. The engagement covers ongoing technical leadership. Software development, integration work, and operational support can be scoped alongside it.
3. Define which technical decisions we own and which need approval. The client retains control of budgets, contracts, hiring, and business priorities.
4. Review progress, risks, and upcoming decisions. Revisit scope when work or capacity needs change.
